The Service

RishiAstro provides free Vedic astrology calculations — including birth charts (kundali), compatibility and matchmaking reports, dashas, panchang and related readings — based on the birth details you provide. The Service is provided for informational and personal use.

Not professional advice

Astrological readings are provided for guidance, cultural and entertainment purposes only, and are based on traditional Vedic methods and belief systems rather than scientific proof. They are not a substitute for professional advice from a qualified expert such as a doctor, lawyer, financial advisor or mental-health professional.

We make no guarantee as to the accuracy of any prediction or interpretation and give no assurance of any particular outcome. You rely on the readings at your own discretion and risk, and any decisions you make based on the Service are your own responsibility.

Accounts

Some features let you sign in with your Google Account. You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your Google credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the Service only as permitted by these Terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• access the Service through automated means, scrape it, or attempt to exceed the usage limits provided;
• interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems;
• use the Service for any unlawful or abusive purpose.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its text, design, and the astrology engine that produces the readings, is owned by RishiAstro / SynaptxCloud and is protected by applicable laws. You may use the readings for your own personal purposes.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the calculations are error-free or that access to the Service will be continuous, secure or uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RishiAstro and SynaptxCloud will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decisions made in reliance on the Service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
